I'm an Oregon State fan and by default a fan of all the school's current and former athletes. So one of the neatest things to see is when one of our former Beavers really MAKES it.
If you don't believe me, let's take Jacoby Ellsbury for example. Simply type in his name into Google or any search engine. The guy is totally blowing up...
For example: see http://ladiesdotdotdot.wordpress.com . It's not like being a young guy on the best team in baseball (Red Sox) or being a top rookie who quickly ascended to the big leagues is enough... some fans and bloggers just like him for how he looks.
Whatever it takes I guess. Go Jacoby.

I'm curious why you linked to that post to prove your point that some people "just like him for how he looks"... when that post begins with an entire (lengthy) paragraph talking about his on-field skills and stats.
Or did you just skip straight to the pictures? Maybe *you* just like him for how he looks! :)
